- How do I check my order status?
A confirmation will be sent to you through email as soon as the order is dispatched. If you have a registered account on our website, you can track your order status in the Order History section. You can also track your parcel by using a tracking number provided in the email.
- What to do in case of wrong/defective product?
In case that you receive wrong or defective product, Poprun will take full responsibility for returning and refunding the item in question. Should this occur, please contact our Customer Service. You’ll then be contacted in order to organize parcel expedition, at no extra cost.
- Can I exchange 1 or more items?
If your order has already been shipped, we invite you to wait until it arrives and then to contact Customer Support to request its return. We inform you that, once confirmed, your order cannot be deleted.
